Citizens of Poland and the European Union do not need visas to Belarus for tourist and business purposes.
Together with the visa, you must present valid insurance for medical expenses in the Republic of Belarus from T.U. Europe. Please note that insurance from the same company “The Whole World” is not recognized (You do not need to buy insurance only if you are traveling by train in transit through Belarus to Russia and present valid train tickets). The passport must be valid at the time of submission. 90 days longer than the expiry of the future visa to Belarus. The photo for the visa application must be in color, in frontal or half-profile format.
The Consulate General in Warsaw is open from Monday to Friday. Submitting applications for a visa to Belarus is possible between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., and collection of completed documents only between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
The waiting time for visas to Belarus is 1 week in the normal service or the next business day in the express service.
TRANSIT – issued for transit to Russia, as a single or double card for 2 days of stay in one direction. Transit visa issued on the basis of a previously issued, valid visa to the Russian Federation.
TOURIST – issued only in connection with organized trips to the territory of Belarus by travel agencies on the basis of a valid voucher, as a single or double ticket for up to 30 days. Based on a paid hotel reservation, you can obtain a single-entry tourist visa for a stay of up to 10 days.
PRIVATE – issued for the purpose of visiting family or friends, based on the original invitation issued by the Office for Citizenship and Migration, as a single or double ticket for 30 days or multiple times for 90 days.
BUSINESS – issued for the purposes of business meetings and fairs, on the basis of an invitation issued by a Belarusian company according to the template, as a single or double for 30 days and multiple for 90 days or 1 year.
PROFESSIONAL TRUCK DRIVERS – issued for professional drivers, based on a letter from ZMPD, as a single or double license for 30 days and multiple licenses for 1 year.
