Citizens of Poland and other EU countries need to obtain a visa to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia before entering its territory. For tourist purposes, you can apply for an electronic visa, for all other matters, you have to apply for visas the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Warsaw. Serwis Konsularny provides assistance with all types of visas to Saudi Arabia.
Before applying for a visa issued at the Embassy, you must pay the visa fee and register your application in the Enjazit system. Our company can perform this registration and visa fee on your behalf as a separate service or as part of a visa process to Saudi Arabia.
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months and have two blank opposite pages.
The only photos accepted for a visa application are the so-called biometric, i.e. colorful, en-face, both ears visible, white background, 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm. You must always attach 2 photos to your visa application.
Currently, all visas, except the transit visa, issued by the Embassy are sent as an electronic document to an e-mail address, however, the original passport must remain at the Embassy throughout the visa issuance process.
Documents issued by the Arab side are issued in Arabic and therefore there may be translation errors or inconsistencies resulting from translation problems into Polish. For this reason, each time our company checks copies of visa documents at the embassy for free and, after approval by the consul, presents them to the client for the visa process with full information about the visa to avoid errors, additional costs and delays.
The consulate requires citizens of countries other than Poland to present a copy of their residence card in the territory of the Republic of Poland when submitting a visa application.
The validity of a Saudi visa is specified in the month(s) from the date of issuance of the visa. Entry or last entry (in the case of multiple visas) must occur no later than the last day of validity of the visa. Once you have entered, you can still stay for the number of days specified on your visa (in days, e.g. 90 days).
The Saudi Arabian Embassy is open from Monday to Thursday from: submission of documents 9.30 – 12.00, collection of documents 14.00 – 15.00. During the fasting month of Ramadan, the consulate may be open with shortened, special hours, which we inform you about in our newsletter every year.
